Burn New Bern @ Latitude Ministry Center - 2015

First things first. No one likes last minute surprises so it was a little bit of a bummer when we had to change venues the week before the Burn. A huge thank you goes out to Latitude Church who opened their doors to us.

The night started out with high energy. Dancing, jumping, and spinning were common the first few hours. We had a full house until the early morning hours.

There was a cry in the night that New Bern belongs to Jesus.

During my prayer time, I got a word from the Lord for New Bern.

New Bern, my child, the time has come to open the doors and let Me in. If opening the door is too hard, how about unlocking it at least. New Bern, I cry for my people and their hearts to return to Me.

Isaiah 65:1-2 (NIV) “I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. To a nation that did not call on my name, I said, ‘Here am I, here am I.’ All day long I have held out my hands to obstinate people, who walk in ways not good, pursuing their own imaginations.”

Where are all the PRAYING churches at? A praying church has a lot less mess within it. The “church” is so busy that it sometimes doesn’t even have time to spend with Jesus.

Time to wake up.  Change is coming forth in New Bern!

Early morning hours are always the hardest. We had about 14 people during the last few hours. Those are also the sweetest hours. It wouldn’t matter if we had 1 person or 100 people. The whole reason we do what we do is to worship the KING of Kings!!

I would like to encourage you all to come out and worship with us. We NEED intercessors to step in and join us. Don’t be too busy to spend time with Jesus.
